Returns:

We hope that you love all your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's pj's, sweatshirts and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed your store credit will be issued. 

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@anissasboutique.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Order Cancellations/Changes: If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not shipped. Please email us at hello@anissasboutique.com to cancel or change your order.
